Now you are at the final stage of the game. Do what needs to be done, then pick up the yellow keycard that the little girl drops and go through the locked door to the right using the card. Knock the cute little girl unconscious and carry her body back to where you left Timmy. Once you attempt to save him, you will need to carry on through the complex until you find a massive open room with a little girl sat at the far end.

Then you get to the final section where you find Timmy. Lots of cannibals and baby mutants, and the occasional armsy to deal with. Use the keycard to get through there and it'll let you in to the Sahara complex.Īgain it is pretty linear here. The way is pretty linear once inside this cave and eventually you'll find a modern looking door. Put on the re-breather and dive down the cave entrance in the bottom of the water. Either kill them or just run for the water in the middle of the sinkhole. Once you've reached the bottom, (which either involves going through caves 7 and 8 with lots of climbing and many mutants and cannibals, or taking a risk and sledging down from the top in a turtle shell!) You will find a couple of blue mutants and a few cannibals. Once you have these tools, head to the massive sinkhole.

Incidentally, the section of cave with the chainsaw in cave 3 is the only section in my game on the PC where cannibals respawn inside the caves! (This route also takes you past the chainsaw in cave 3) Just hug the right hand wall and break through a couple of wooden walls to get to the top of a little cliff overlooking the climbing axe. The quickest route is to climb down the cave entrance that is situated just north of the little island in the middle of the river, or you can go via a squeeze through entrance on the river itself just to the east of the little island next to some abandoned tents. There are three ways into this section of the cave.

The axe is stuck in the wall with a generator light shining on it in an open section of the cave with a few baby mutants and cannibals. The climbing axe is found in the ledge cave (cave 9). You can also find the video camera in this cave too. The keycard is on one of the bodies near the far end of the cave.

There is a rope down to a little area full of human corpses and a few mutant babies and an armsy. The keycard can be found in the lawyer's cave (cave 6). There are a couple with the re-breather itself, and a couple on the yacht. Air canisters can be found all over the place. The Re-breather can be found in the submerged cave (cave 5) just before an underwater section, next to the corpse of a diver. There is a boss battle at the end of the game, so you might want to stock up on weaponry, (bow and arrows, Molotovs, explosives etc.) before going into the end game section. But having the climbing axe is so much easier. I've a feeling it can be beat without the climbing axe, but it is very difficult to get up some of the walls without it, needing to build things and jump up them. You definitely need the re-breather and key card. Warning, this post contains spoilers for the end of the game.
